Instructors
Instructors are selected based on their skill level, talent, course content, and their spiritual standing at their local, district and national church. Teachers should have at least one of the following credentials:
 
1. Members of the Examining Board
 
2. Seminars may be taught by seasoned pastors
 
3. Men and women in the COGBF with special training in specific areas with at least one of the following credentials:
a. Bachelors or higher degree in accredited area
b. Accredited theological degrees
c. Must be in good standing with their local and district church for at least 5-years

Technical Assistants
These individuals will serve as the moderators for all meeting rooms as well as assign presenter rights to instructors during class instructions. They must:
 

1. Be present to open up the meeting rooms, assist with recordings as well as establishing polls for quizzes and ending the meeting sessions.

2. Assist each instructor with setting up the meeting rooms for all courses to include uploading course material for presentation and download.
 
3. Record every class session
 
4. Manage short quizzes required for course instructions and assist students with new online courses including troubleshooting access to the audio and video features of Adobe Connect.
